Welcome to the Game Uplink Brand Guidelines. In this guideline you will find everything you need to fully understand our look, point-of-view and voice so you can share our vision.
The following is your guiding light to everything that makes Game Uplink amazing.
Like our tools, our logo’s structure is solid.
But, in order to be the best solution for a diverse audience sometimes a little change is in order.
That’s why the Game Uplink logo is a chameleon of sorts. Able to change to match the need of its use.
There are two logo structures that are available: the stack logo and the flat logo. Each can be one of 4 color variations as well.
This leaves lots of options for all kinds of usage.
When using a white background the word “game” is Uplink Blue and “link” is Uplink Purple and “up” symbol in Uplink Orange and the underlines in Uplink Purple.
When using a dark background the word “game” and “link” should be in white and “up” symbol in Uplink Orange and the underlines in Uplink Blue.
There will be a number of cases when just a solid color logo is required. When this is the case an all black logo should be used.
When using a light/white background the alternate color logo can be used. The word “game” and “link” should be in Uplink Purple and “up” symbol in Uplink Orange and the underlines in Uplink Blue.
You’ve probably heard of the golden ratio… well, with our logo we have the golden column.
This represents the minimum amount of space to be used around our logo.
This space is the width of the letter columns in the “uplink” portion of the logo.
Our icon can be used for any number applications. Including social media accounts, icon badges and more.
The icon should sit center of any profile usage to maximize impact.
The following colors are the main focus of our brand.
These colors represent our brand and can be used in not only our logo but can be used as pops of colors to show off the brand.

Our primary typeface is Roboto. This is a modern sans-serif that is highly legible, large or small, used for all type.
When using headlines and sub-headers Roboto Condensed is to be used.
